Like many creatives, I rediscovered my passion for drawing and, notably fine art, during the lockdown in 2020. As a response to posting my artwork online, I received messages from friends and family to draw commissions and so decided to take the leap! I launched JWP Drawings in October 2020 and have been producing bespoke, commissioned artwork for customers all across the UK, Europe and America since then.

 

I focus on creating realistic and characterful portraits of cats, dogs, rabbits and horses, and I'm always open to new breeds or pet types upon a commission request, including wildlife commissions of garden birds. I use high quality products for my pieces including Faber Castell Polychromos and Caran D'Ache Luminance pencils on a variety of paper types and colours, depending on the commission request.
