T&Cs

1. I as the artist retain all copyright to the artwork. You as the customer retain all copyright to the reference photos used to create the portrait.

2. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only in the UK.

3. I, the artist, require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking slot. I cannot guarantee to complete a commission request without receiving this deposit. This cannot be refunded if you decide you no longer want to artwork and I will retain the artwork at whatever stage it is at. This deposit covers my time and resources used to create the portrait up to that point.

4. I post all deliveries via Royal Mail. I do not take responsibility for any damage caused to my commissions during transit. If a commission does arrive damaged, please contact me and I will reach out to Royal Mail to discuss further to try and resolve the issue.

Lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

JWP Drawings' lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods are on the case of legitimate interest. JWP Drawings only collect your personal information that is necessary to process your order and complete the commission request. This includes for sending receipts of payment, updates on the commission request via email and for the postage of the commission.

All personal information is obtained directly from you, the customer.

How long is information kept?

Your personal information is kept private and is not shared with any third parties, except when required for delivery of the commission. When contacting JWP Drawings through this website, social media or email, it is done so at your own discretion. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until it is no longer required or has no use.
